07/29/2015 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 1 Beau showed as mister consistency at the Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City. On the mound, he threw his FB with run, spun a 1/7 CB, and threw a CH with tail. He induced a lot of swing and misses with his CH and mixed all his pitches with decent control. He attacked hitters, showed good poise, and constantly worked ahead. He had a repeatable tempo with rhythm to deliver and worked to become more consistent with his CB release point. Defensively in the OF, he was aggressive to come get ground balls and made plays with a sure glove in front. He threw with accuracy to his targets and worked on utilizing momentum to add carry - gaining ground forward not vertically to throw. At the plate, he had good balance, tracked well, and showed rhythm to hit. In the cages, he implemented more hand activation, getting the barrel in the slot, and worked to drive with the lower half. All in all - Beau is a 6'/200 lbs left handed throwing player that does everything with consistency and skill.
