08/15/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Tennessee, TN Brady made a strong impression on scouts at the All-Ripken event with his pitching performance. As a right-handed pitcher, he showcased a solid mechanical foundation and a great feel for the game, effectively attacking hitters early in the count. His fastball was clocked at 58 mph, and his breaking ball at 46 mph, both demonstrating good arm action. His plus follow-through and consistent release point further enhance his effectiveness on the mound. At the plate, Brady presented a balanced stance with an aggressive approach, utilizing all fields effectively. His ability to record multiple hits shows his offensive potential. As he continues to develop, focusing on keeping his head steady through the entire swing will help him improve even further. With his skills and work ethic, Brady has the potential to be a standout player both on the mound and at the plate!

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
