10/28/2007 - College PREP - Atlanta, GA Cameron is only a 2009 grad with athleticism and strong future. Shows solid arm strength and life on throws from SS. Hands are smooth. Plays through the ball well and is very aggressive. Defensive ability is above average - knows what he is doing. Swing is quick with good extension and lower half rotation. Hits a lot of line drives. Needs to let ball travel a little more. Tends to dive some at ball. Creating a nice load will help. A player to watch over the next two years.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
