07/18/2024 - All-In National Showcase - Plymouth Meeting (Philadelphia), PA Gavin is a 3B/RHP from Coatesville, PA. Defensively, he demonstrates active feet and lateral agility, combined with a low funnel approach and precise throws to first base. At the plate, he hits from an upright stance with strong balance, effectively utilizing his backside to drive balls into both gaps. On the mound, he features a solid physique and a loose arm stroke, showcasing a FB that reaches up to 72mph and a changeup delivered with the same arm speed as his fastball, adding to his effectiveness. Gavin should improve in all phases of his game with continued growth and development.
