06/01/2008 - College PREP - Atlanta, GA At 3B, Jebb has soft hands with a good presentation. He moves laterally well and has accurate throws. His actions are more suited for 2B and a good long toss program can help increase arm strength. He needs to play through the ball and follow the throw to increase momentum to target. At the plate, Jebb has bat speed and he uses the entire field. His swing is compact but he needs to extend through the ball to increase power potential.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
